Clayfield is in a peaceful semi rural location just over 1 mile from the busy Market Town of Pocklington, East Riding of Yorkshire.

Accessed off the B1246 Kilnwick Road from Pocklington , Clayfield Farm is up a long private drive way with open fields either side.

Situated on the foothills of the Yorkshire Wolds in the East Riding of Yorkshire (14 miles East of York and 22 miles North West of Hull).

Pocklington is located off the A1079, the main road from York to Hull. The nearest main line train station is York, with direct trains from all major cities around the UK.

A good bus service runs from York to Pocklington / Pocklington to York.
